The marketing vice president of a fast-growing financial services organization wanted to protect the integrity of the company’s brand. With more than 150 locations and new offices opening rapidly, maintaining control of corporate branding standards was difficult. He wanted an online resource for ordering corporate identity and marketing materials and for simplifying his billing and reporting needs. He also hoped a new system would allow each location to manage their own local marketing campaigns easily while adhering to corporate branding standards.
With our Web to Print Customer Portal online ordering system, we were able to help by creating a customized online catalog of all corporate identity and marketing products. Every product was designed to meet the company’s compliance guidelines, which in some cases included 20 different templates for each product. Each office manager was then able to easily access the system at any time via the Internet to order his or her own customized materials. The marketing vice president was able to generate cost center reports, product usage reports and more so he could more effectively manage the company’s growth and expansion.
Both the corporate office and personnel at the individual locations were very pleased with the ease of use of their new Customer Portal online ordering system. The marketing vice president no longer had to worry about brand management since Minuteman Press did it for him.
